It is a low gloss water-resistant tape with a vinyl coating, rather than a poly coating, which is the way most tapes are manufactured. Dull-Finish Racers Tape may be removed cleanly from most surfaces and is highly conforming. Racing uses include pit marking, emergency body and fender repair and waterproofing.
